In October 1991, Wild Oats Bakery & Café opened with a small but enthusiastic staff whose first mission was to introduce Brunswick to our key products: fresh homemade breads, pies, cookies, bars and cakes.
Since that time our staff, menu and reputation have grown. Our present crew is comprised of more than 20 employees who work a variety of shifts. An extensive array of hot entrees, elegant desserts, sandwiches, soups and beverages now compliments our tried-and-true baked goods. Most significantly, our commitment to quality, product diversity and service has attracted numerous customers of varied backgrounds and tastes, making us a community meeting place in a relatively short period of time.
Our basic business philosophy is to provide the greater Brunswick area with top-notch "Original and Tasty Stuff." Most of our items are made from scratch from the finest, most wholesome ingredients available. Our wide variety of fare is offered at affordable prices and served in a personable atmosphere. In addition, we want our relationship with the community to be mutually beneficial. Since we are fortunate to be successful, we thank the community by being responsive to charitable and educational organizations.
